Icelandair Gift Certificate

Choosing a gift for a loved one? How about giving the gift of travel, while letting the recipient choose the destination that best fires their wanderlust?

An Icelandair Gift Certificate allows its holder to choose between our inspiring destinations in Iceland, Greenland, Europe and North America. Help friends and relatives of all ages to go on their dream trip!

To redeem your Gift Certificate and book a flight only:

• Check the box marked “Gift Certificate” in the flight or packages booking engine on the payment page at www.icelandair.com
• On the payment page you will be asked to enter your Gift Certificate booking code.
• Type your Gift Certificate booking code in the field. Press “ADD.”
  Note: If you have more than one Gift Certificate, just enter the second booking code and press the “ADD” button again. Repeat for each additional Gift Certificate.
• When the desired number of Gift Certificates have been added to the field you will see the total amount to be deducted from the fare you are booking.
• You will be asked for your credit card details for security reasons. Please note that your credit card will be charged only if the gift certificate does not cover the total amount. When you have finished your booking you will receive an email along with your e-ticket and receipt.

Please note that you cannot use your Gift Certificate after the booking is made. It must be added at the time of booking.

Gift Certificates can be used as payment for all Icelandair's flights. 

The limitations on travel time and length of stay are based on the rules of the purchased fare. 

Gift Certificates are valid for five years from the original date of purchase.
