Baggage porter services

Want to save time on the day of travel?

If you're traveling from Iceland's Keflavík International Airport, you can use baggage porter services to have your bags picked up and transported to the airport.

We support baggage porter services provided by BagDrop and BagBee.

These baggage porter services will check in your bags for you, and drop your bags to us – so on the day of travel, you can relax and head straight to the security check when your arrive at the airport.

How does it work?

  1. Book your baggage pick-up or storage: Visit BagDrop or BagBee to schedule a pick-up.
  2. Online check-in: Complete check-in when it opens 24 hours before your flight. You can do this online or using the Icelandair app.
  3. Baggage pick-up: The porter service will collect your bags, provide you with a baggage tracking tag and perform the baggage check-in.
  4. Baggage transport: Your bags will be securely transported to the airport and dropped off on your behalf.
  5. Travel day: Enjoy a stress-free travel day by arriving at the airport and heading straight to the security check. Your bags will be waiting for you at your destination.
