Terms and Conditions for Saga Premium airport upgrades
When you purchase an upgrade to Saga Premium at the airport, you agree to the Terms and Conditions for Saga Premium airport upgrades.

2.1. Saga Premium upgrades include seating in the Saga Premium cabin and the following perks: Saga Premium baggage allowance between origin and destination (only for Icelandair scheduled connecting flights), complimentary drinks, priority boarding, free Wi-Fi, Fast Track through security (where available), and Saga Lounge access at Keflavik Airport.
2.1.1. A Saga Premium meal is not included.
2.1.2. Lounge access at other airports than Keflavik is not included.
3.1. The Saga Premium Airport Upgrade is non-refundable and cannot be modified or exchanged.
3.2. If Icelandair is unable to fulfill the Saga Premium upgrade after payment, the upgrade cost will be refunded in the original currency and to the same payment method used for the purchase. Refund requests can be made via the online claim form under the "Contact Us" section of the Icelandair website.
5.1. The upgrade is personal, non-transferable, and must be used on the day of departure for the specific Icelandair flight on which it was purchased.
5.2. If the passenger voluntarily changes their ticket, Icelandair is not obligated to offer an upgrade for the new flight.
5.3. Pre-purchased services, such as seats or excess baggage, remain non-refundable after purchasing the upgrade.
5.4. Icelandair does not guarantee specific seat assignments for upgraded passengers.
6.1. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at Icelandair's discretion. The conditions applicable are those in force at the time of purchase unless otherwise required by law.
