Group booking terms and conditions
A group consists of 10 or more passengers traveling on the same itinerary, whether round trip or one way.
Fare and Payment
Net Fare Quote: Subject to change until confirmed. Once confirmed, the amount does not change.
Taxes and Fees: Subject to change. Add-on fares may also change and cannot be guaranteed until ticketing.
Deposit: A deposit of $100.00 per person is required 30 days after the contract is issued. Only one form of payment is accepted (Visa, Amex, MasterCard, or wire transfer).
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation Policy: If the entire group cancels after the deposit is paid and before preliminary names are due, the deposit is refundable minus a $200 or $500 penalty, depending on the group size.
Preliminary names: Required no later than 12 weeks prior to departure.
Seat drop penalty: After the preliminary names due date, there is a $100.00 penalty per unused seat.
Final details
Final names and payment: Due 6 weeks prior to departure.
Seat assignment: Seats are pre-assigned as a group booking upon receipt of preliminary names. Individual seat requests are not accepted.
Children/infant fares: Children under 12 years pay 80% of the adult fare. Infants under two years (lap child) pay 10% of the adult fare.
Deviations and changes
Deviation policy: Up to 15% of the group may deviate from the original travel dates. Applicable fare differences may apply. No deviations permitted after the final payment date.
Reissue fee: A $200.00 fee per person is assessed for any date changes (plus possible fare difference) or name replacements after ticketing.
Additional information
Baggage: One checked bag, one carry-on item, and one personal item are included.
Meals: Not complimentary. Available for purchase onboard.
